Millbrook, Ala. – The Millbrook Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying
a female suspect connected to a theft investigation at the Millbrook Walmart.
Police say on July 2, 2026, the suspect entered the store, selected merchandise, and proceeded to
a checkout lane. During the transaction, she presented two new prepaid Visa gift cards and had a
total of $1,000 loaded onto the cards.
Police say the suspect then allegedly deceived the cashier into processing the entire transaction
as a cash purchase without actually providing payment. After placing the loaded prepaid cards in
her pocket, the suspect left the store with the merchandise and the activated gift cards without
paying.
Investigators are asking anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information about the incident
to contact the Millbrook Police Department or CrimeStoppers.
Information leading to the identification and arrest of the suspect will result in a cash reward.
