Montgomery, AL – Montgomery Police are asking for public assistance identifying two suspects
wanted for a strong-arm robbery that occurred on Monday, April 6, 2026 in the 6800 block of
Vaughn Road.
Police say an employee at a local store was assaulted by an aggressive customer, leading to a
robbery incident captured on video.
At approximately 9:55 p.m., two female customers were involved in the altercation and robbery.
One became aggressive throwing a drink on the employee, jumping the counter, shoving and
grabbing. A co-worker intervened immediately, positioning himself between the customer and
employee for protection.
During the altercation, the second customer reached over the counter and took bagged
merchandise, while the aggressive customer grabbed additional items. Both fled without paying.
