Jacksonville, Al.- The Jacksonville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in
locating 51-year-old Patrick Slade Boothe, reported missing on January 23, 2026.

Police say Boothe was last seen leaving the Parker Place SW area in Jacksonville, Alabama, and
has not returned. He may be traveling in a white 2007 Lexus GX with gold-colored wheels,
bearing Alabama license plate 11C1D49.

Patrick Boothe is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 185
pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a Kappa Sigma fraternity tattoo on his left
ankle.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Patrick Slade Boothe is urged to contact
