Montgomery, Ala. – The Montgomery Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance
in connection with a homicide that occurred on Saturday, December 20, 2025, in the 500 block
of East Patton Avenue.

Police say the investigation indicates the victim was leaving a store in the area when he was
approached by a suspect and subsequently shot and killed. Detectives are actively investigating
and are asking anyone who may have seen or heard anything, or who has any information related
to this incident, to come forward.
