The Montgomery Police Department continues to seek answers in a 2022 homicide and seeks the public’s help in identifying the suspect.

On July 3, 2022, police responded to the 6100 block of Boardwalk Boulevard (Reserve Apartments), Montgomery, Alabama, in reference to a fatal shooting. Upon arrival, police located the victim, an adult male, Deagan Miller, 21, of Montgomery, who sustained a life-threatening gunshot wound. Miller was pronounced deceased on the scene. There is currently no additional information available for release at this time.

Central Alabama CrimeStoppers has increased the cash reward from $1,000.00 to $2,500.00 for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect.
