Rule for CrimeStoppers 215Stop Assets from our Digital Asset Management Portal:

  • AUTHORIZED USE (No Prior Consent Needed): Media outlets are authorized to use CrimeStoppers 215Stop logos, approved campaign imagery, official video PSAs, and other designated media assets without seeking our prior consent when directly promoting or reporting on:

    • CrimeStoppers 215Stop initiatives, programs, or success stories.

    • Calls for anonymous tips related to specific crimes or fugitives that CrimeStoppers 215Stop has publicized (e.g., “Crime of the Week” features).

    • Community safety efforts directly involving or supported by CrimeStoppers 215Stop.

    • Any other content that clearly and accurately represents the mission and activities of CrimeStoppers 215Stop.

    When using assets under this authorization, media outlets must adhere to all accompanying brand guidelines provided within the DAM, including proper logo usage, color palettes, and any specified attribution requirements.

  • UNAUTHORIZED USE (Prohibited): Do NOT use CrimeStoppers 215Stop assets for any purpose that is not directly related to official CrimeStoppers 215Stop communications or would misrepresent our organization. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • General news reporting not specifically about CrimeStoppers 215Stop.

    • Commercial advertising for unrelated products or services.

    • Personal or political endorsements.

    • Any content that could imply an endorsement or affiliation without explicit, written permission from CrimeStoppers 215Stop.
