Criminal Charges: 1st Degree Rape, 1st Degree Theft of Property

Montgomery Police are asking for public help identifying a rape suspect. According to MPD the victim says she was sexually assaulted on Saturday, April 5, 2025, between 10:30AM and 11:00AM at Winton Blount Park in Montgomery. Police say the assault happened near the entrance at 
Woodmere Blvd. The victim describes the suspect as a Black male, slim build, between 5’5” and 5’6”. The suspect was wearing a black T-shirt and red basketball shorts with black designs at the time of the assault. CrimeStoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect.
